okok..i am not AS lazy as i thought. haha.i did wake up early..and i did make a LONG way to meet my sister at lavender... one hour on bus no. 80!! wha....butt so pain after sitting for so long.. haha.. but tt's not the point. then when i went home from suntec..we took the bus to airport to change to 27 only to walk home and buy dinner as we pass by kfc. the bus ride was like 1.5hrs! damn tiring,, ha... but..tt's not the point too. oh ya...i wore the heels char and lizi gave me..got blisters. urgh... the sides..keep rubbing against my feet...so i got small blister. dun worry, i wun give up the heels like lizi did. i will PERSEVERE. haha. once again. that's not the main point.
today went suntec with hwa... fulfilling day. hees... i went esprit to buy a clothe but i cldnt use the voucher char gave me cus there was a storewide discount so i paid a higher price.. then after that...my sis and i each bought a simple sandals from the household brand... C&K.. haha..just needed a simple one so just get any brand can le. then... the major highlight of the day...
TENNIS RACQUET!
i went to royal sporting house to get my racquet. actually wanted to get N-c6 series..then the salesman..apparently quite good at tennis racquets...looked at me with funny look and said this to me... are u sure u wana get this racquet? its for pple with long swings and its more of a control racquets.. beginners shld just get N1 to N3 cus its a power racquet. if u dun have the power and u get a control racquet..u will only end up hitting the ball into the net. he kept talking about it..till i started to doubt the fact that i suit the racquet. ok..a piece of info for lizi... N code series.. N1-N3 is for power....N4-N6 is control...as u progress...to get N5 is good...N6 u must be really good at ur swings and be like agassi really good at tennis then can use N6. i was like...ORH.
then after sitting there and thinking for quite some time, i decided to ask the man to recommend. then he ask me wat racquet i was looking for... then i say more control and he repeated the whole thing about beginners need power....control more difficult to use.. then i told him i was using prince racquet thunder model.. then he was like..oh..that's a difficult racquet too.. then he said.. so actually u fall into the range of 3 to 5 also..then he say my prince racquet is almost like N4 or 5... i was like..diao. told him earlier i wanted control then he say i cannot..
conclusion: dun wear like a lady if u wana get a racquet so pple wun treat u as a total beginner.
anyways... i bought a wilson racquet. after much thought...i bought hammer 5.3. which is a control racquet like triad 5series or N5 series. shall use it the next time i play with lizi..that is when we are not having tennis lesson. i need to get use to the racquet first.
despite all the things i say..i have to admit, the salesman really knows his stuff. therefore, lizi..before u buy a racquet... suggest...go find the salesman at suntec royal sporting house!!
