merry xmas!!!

on xmas eve.. i had a reallly really really really REALLY eventful night. it was such a fun night i almost felt like killing myself. haha. here's wat happened. all was fine till the night when there was no show to watch at all. then.. the tv in the hall decided to die off after serving my family for YEARS.. then i got "dished" out of my bro's room by the gf. actually.. she just kinda hinted and i had to get out of the room automatically. i cant be such a bei zi dong person rite?! yeah.. so practically after 1230, i had NOTHING to do. i called miss xue but.. she was talking to her boy and could only entertain me for a while. nvm. anyway.. other than the tv.. the phone in my room also decided to go on strike during the first few hours of xmas!!! argh. i LOVE my xmas eve.

ok.. today i went orchard with lz. we went to bakerzin to eat. i ate seafood pasta and she ate some prawn pasta. btw.. her pasta is green in color and looks GROSS.. but.. haha. its not THAT bad actually. the clams are really fresh btw. after that, we ate a mango mousse tts not exactly very nice in my opinion. AND.. we had dessert. the dessert was called perfectoroles or something liedat- made of ice cream and some puff.. its terribly nice. haha.. the chocolate sauce was nice, the almond nuts were nice, the ice cream was nice AND the puff was nice. overall.. it was NICE. haha. so happy after a good meal. merry xmas everyone!!! =D

after lunch, we went to far east, mango, zara and heeren to walk. but.. lz wants to go home earlier cus she dun wana get caught up by the crowd.. so we left orchard at 7plus. oh.. she bought a mickey mouse earring. haiz.. lw say.. CHILDISH. haha. btw.. i saw this rugby tj guy working in mango. seriously.. he looks smarter in his sales promoter look. lols. is this an insult or compliment?! hmmm.. haha.

first day of work

today is my first day of work. gosh. HEADACHE. it's such a no-brainer. haiz.

in case u guys dunno yet, im working as an admin assistant at HSBC. sounds cool? i tot so too! haha. ok.. but the truth is.. its not. sigh.

me and my sis were rushing to the office cus we were slightly later than 830 which was supposedly our reporting time. BUT... we were slightly late.. so being anxious and hoping not to be late.. we RUSHED to the place. got stuck at the entrance cus they need staff pass to get thru and then.. got blocked at the department counter or receptionist or watever u call that.. cus again.. we need a staff pass. in the end, we had to call the pple inside to come out and bring us in.. then we realised.. the guy whom we are supposed to look for(jenson) is on leave till tuesday. wat?!!?!?! make us RUSH all the way there and then he is not even there?! nvm...

the other in charge(a female) brought us in.. talked to her colleague. introduced three colleagues to us// and then.. my sis and i stood there. one min.. two min..three min..five min.. thirty min.. we hear them talking crap..saying they half day today blah blah blah..while the two of us look like idiots.. blocking the narrow pathway. at that instant.. i was thinking.. PLS just tell us what to do and we will get to wokr.. we seriously dun wana stand arnd llooking stupid and most imptly, blocking the pathway! argh. nvm..

at 9am.. we went to get our temporary staff pass// there was two.. one to get thru the entrance.. thatcosts 50 if u lose it.. and one to get thru the door tt costs 20 if u lose it. so.. lose both.. lose 70dollars. well..ok.. n ot bad..quite fun.. got staff pass.. like quite pro. haha.

got allocated a com each.. gave us a piece of paper.. gosh.. we were kinda.. slightly shocked when we knew wat we were facing. each piece of paper.. has got about more than a 100 digits.. for example.. one line has got the digits 0024 5689.. and we have to type the digits into the com and then delete the account or something liedat.
imagine facing an ENTIRE page of digits that were of font about 10 or 8!!! doing th SAME thing ussing the keyboard.. using the SAME keys.. see the paper.. type.. delete.. see hte paper.. type.. delete.. see the paper..type..delete. wha.. CROSS-EYED!!! it was FREAKING boring. and.. its EXTREMELY bAD and tiring for my eyes.. and my neck.. and my shoulders.. and i had to sit there for like a FEW hrs about 5 straight hrs doing that stupid brainless thing. wat an insult to my intelligence. haha.. of cus i cant handle too difficult stuff.. but at least give me SOME variety!!! argh. id seriously rather type paragraphs of words then to look at a WHOL PAGE OF DIGITS!!! end of the day.///damn tired and headache somemore. btw.. the pantry is quite fei. they dun have cups.. so my whole day.. i only drank a cup of cuppucino from ljs.. which isnt eactly up to standard.. but OK LA.. haha. u can try it if u want. hmm..drink so little water.. no wonder my lips aare so dry.

hmm..l;ooking at the bright side.. the staff there are quite friendly.. though only about 4 talked to us. haha. oh.. nd we got chocolates.. ice cream cus its xmas eve eve.. but.. all that choch cannot compensate for the suffering i have to endure. haiz// nvm... at least its only 2 weeks. thank goodness. i reckon both my sis and i deleted about a few hundreds of platinum card accounts.... dunno if its warning letter to those account or delete the entire account.. BUT.. there's seriously nothing to be happy about. WHY?? haha. according to the person, they have about 20 000 accounts to delete and there are only 5 pple including us who are doing the job. so.. each has to do about 4000. gosh.

im so gonna faint.

NTUC income interview

today is an auspicious day. i went to the first interview after a levels. it was at tampines point... and its a customer service job under NTUC income. u get to answer phone enquries. i shall recount the interview for my dear friends here and u shall decide how terrifying the interview is. haha. firsty, there were two interviewer who interviewed me. one is a man(m) and another a lady(w). i shall type my inner tots in a bracket for entertainment value. haha. but.. i shall ignore my sister's answer here cus its too troublesome to type all here.

W: tell us something about u. your family etc.
me:(my family same as my sister's.. ask one can le) oh.. blah blah blah ..jc.. cca..
M: u have no prior work experience, so its difficult for us to employ u.
me:(no need so stern rite.. no work experience tts y i am here to gain one! give me a chance
man)
M: wat do u know about customer service?
me: eh.. ans pple's enquiries. treat them nicely, dun lose temper even if the customers are
irritated or angry.
w:have u called any call centre before?
me: (dun test my memory pls) dun think so.
w: mobile service provider?
me:no such problems.. so nv call. 100 considered?
w: ya.. so wat u learn from that call about them?
me:(one minute call.. wat can i learn??!?!?! weird) crap crap crap.
M: since u have no job experience, how prepared are u for the job?
me: (shit.) eh...
M: wat do u know about this company?
me:(i shld have researched it yesterday night!!! i tot of it but i was too lazy. stupid me) eh.. deal with insurance?
M: wat do u know about insurance?
me:(shit). actually.. i only have a vague idea.
M: if a customer is being difficult, he wants to extend the grace period and waive away interest fees for the premium, he insists. wat will u do?
me: see if reason is valid. if valid, check the company policy to see if i can accede.. if cannot then i will tell him.
W: if he insists?
me: i will ask the supervisior and get back to him later.
W: if u are empowered , wat will u do?
me: hm.. if he insists, i will extend grace priod and not waive interest.
w: why?
me: extend grace period.. u accede to his request and it doesnt harm the company interest. waive interest fee... may harm the annual turnover or wat.. blah blah blah(crap.)
w: if the man insists and wants to see ur manager, wat will u do?
me: hmm.. tell the manager about it , ask him if we can accede to all the requests.. and then if cannot i will tell the customer. the manager cant possibly take care of every difficult customer.

that was the end of the interview. save me someone. haha. the man looked so stern and cocky.. i saw his name card. PATRICK TONG. i remember u. haha. so strict for wat?! make me so nervous. hmpf. part time only ma.. ask so chim qns.. why wld i know about insurance?! i dun buy insurance wat.. my dad does. haha.

oh no.. this interview is crap. haha. total flop! but nvm.. its a difficult job. i forgot to mention wat we did before interview. before they conducted the interview, they attached us to two pple separately to observe them at work. the one i was attached to was alvino, a guy obviously. we were supposed to observe them and see how they go about answering enquiries. too bad for me.. we were supposed to observe two calls. but the system was down and pple who called thru the ntuc hotline will not get their enquiries answered cus the system is down. hmm.. must be bad luck. alvino answered FOUR calls.. ALL from hotlines and he cldnt answer a single enquiry cus the system is down. haha.. so.. i didnt learn a SINGLE thing from him. my sis.. better.. at least out of the two calls.. one is hotline.. the other is ask about insurance. so she get to see the girl she attched to at work. according to my sister, the job is quite difficult and she say, she dun mind not getting the job cus its really kinda tough. haha. so.. i think the job is gonecase le. yeah.. i got time to enjoy more. no money only. may the sky drop money on me. haha. fat hope. i think im so pampered and protected.. i need to see the real world. hmm.. but im afraid of the real world.. haha.. can i stay young forever? let me stay in sch forever, continue to take allowance... and not take exams. haiz... life.

hmm.. wat shld i blog about? im currently sitting in front of the com, waiting for someone to call me for an interview. haha.. but that's not very important yet. the only reason why i want a job is for the money.. steph was online awhile ago.. but APPARENTLY, tv drama is MUCH MUCH MUCH more important than me. FINE. xue is.. busy hunting for food rite now. haha.. insatiable appetite.. be careful not to expand ok? haah.

while online and having nothing better to do.. i went to this site to do some quizzes. haha.. and i did two quizzes but i think the results are quite accurate. lols. char's bdae

on saturday.. me, lz and xue went out together to celebrate xue bdae. in case u guys forgot, its her bdae on 9th dec. she's FINALLY 18!!! as i've told her.. she's no longer a stupid kid. hmm.. but tts not the point. the point is.. the celebration. as usual... it isnt exactly a celebration.. its just a dinner.

we all met at orchard at 3then we walked around.. at about 5pm.. we got hungry.. actually it was only lz and me.. mainly me who was hungry.. so we decided to go for dinner. we had dinner at pizza walker.. the pizza place at first floor of wisma.. yeah.. tt place. haha.. we had pizza, calamari and tiramisu. oh my gosh.. the tiramisu was HEAVENLY. really.. HEAVENLY. it MELTS IN UR MOUTH.. i swear the next time we will go back for it AGAIN! its SO FREAKING NICE. haha. then we drank two glasses of white wine.. which is actually house pour. lz finished almost an entire cup..that drunkard. haha.. not actually.. she just had to finish it cus xue and i just werent so into alcohol and stuff. anyway.. she turned RED after drinking.. and she said its inherited. her whole family turns red on drinking.. her face was red.. her neck was red.. so was her back! haha.. so CUTE. =)

actually.. we wanted to go the balcony at heeren to drink at night.. but since we all drank at the pizza walker.. we put off the plan. in the end.. after eating.. we went to the airport to fetch xue's ah boy. ALTHOUGH she say she dun really wana go fetch her boy.. but both lz and i cld see she REALLY wanted to go fetch her ah boy( she kept chanting to us how guilty she felt etc.) haha. hmm.. girls really change after having bf. haha. WHAHAHAHHA.

anyway.. after going to the aiport.. we went BACK TO ORCHARD. crazy eh? haha.. anyway.. we went there.. and then we went to party world at 2 to sing. we sang from 2 to 6. poor xue.. LOST HER VOICE on that night!!! tsk tsk.. in the end.. i held mypersonal concert with two audiences-xue and lz. pity them for having to bear with me.. but i entertained them thruout the night!! well.. the NIGHT IS STILL YOUNG, RITE?! lols. in case u guys misunderstand, lz did sing. haha.. its just that.. her voice was soft like an ant. yeah. haha

that was 6am in the morning MIND U. after that.. the three of us went to mac at shaw to eat breakfast and then we all headed home. from that day onwards, i became totally entirely absolutely BROKE. =(

it was quite an experience to spend the ENTIRE night at orchard.. we reached there at 3pm and was STILL there at 7am! hmm... actually.. i didnt feel quite safe going around with just the two of them in the middle of the night. u know. there are lots of ah bengs on the streets and they may come disturb us for fun. but.. alas! all's well that ends well! haha. however that phrase shld be spelled-i dun care.

had a joyous day on that celebration. oh.. i had about TWO big blisters cuz of that stupid shoe i bought. i shall try it next time again. conquer that $60 shoe!!!eh.. have to pay some respect to xue. haha.. fancy having lost her voice on that day! and.. we ere doing her FAAVOURITE activity..singing and all she cld do was dedicate songs for us to sing?! haha.. we shld have gone home. shldnt we xue?

grad night

whoa.. haven blogged for such a long time. i bet everyone who visits my blog often will curse me behind my back for being so lazy. but then again, there arent many avid readers of my blog in the first place!!! haha. and im definitely definitely better then piano who has reportedly quit blogging.

alrite.. ive been so busy with everything after graduation. busy with going out, busy with myself and busy with my frens and busy with grad night.

yesterday was grad night and it was held at ritz carlton in case i forget in future. at the table were lw, joy, sc, yq and yq gf, janice, faizah and bf(bf very handsome malay), chirag and terence(wth was he tehre?! he was NOT SUPPOSED to be at our table). btw.. in case u guys dunno, terence is my class chairman who looks like bao gong and according to sc is very miser and our whole clique finds him weird somehow. the mc was good.. very good mc. the night was quite fun. yazeed was there!!! hes so good looking as a malay. during one of the fun playing session or watever u call that, our entire table(or maybe our evil clique only) sabotaged huilin and terence to go to the stage. in the end hui lin and chirag had to dance an indian mtv for the crowd and we cheered SO LOUDLY that the mc made them do it AGAIN! whahaha. i have to admit, we're GOOD at sabotaging pple. may wat yq say not come true-we will NOT go to hell for this. lols.

hmm..prom king and queen were pple whom i know existed. queen was pretty and king was.. well, not that handsome but according to many girls, cute. well, at least it isnt ronnie who is like the most popular guy in sch. so... at least the results are not that predictable. but gy was really pretty and sporty and deserved the title. haha.

took alot of photos that night. took with practically every guy i knew. oh..except de yong and his buddies. oh... and except terence whom i dun wana take photo with. took photo with our chem teacher miss lee. whoa, she was really pretty yesterday. well.. actually i think she looks the same. haha.. just abit more girly but everyone saying she look damn pretty. and.. i gotta say.. she is the most 'hip' teacher ever. why? she went to INDOCHINE with her class after grad!!! WHCIH TEACHER EVER DOES THAT?!?! lols. i was really surprised. talking of indochine, we went there after grad.

at first, nobody wanted to go. ok.. yq and gf wants to go but i cant go there alone with them rite?! then janice wana go but she may be joining some other group of pple or be with the bf. then.. i tried persuading all my gf to go but all of them wanted to go home. BUT... guess wat. i THINK lw saw that i really really really wanted to go somewhere other than home after grad, they eventually decided to accompany me to indochine. well, indochine was FULL HOUSE. the dance floor was packed and i was thankful i didnt go alone with yq and gf cus yq was so busy hanging out with the gf he didnt cared about us at all! haha. lesson learnt: nv trust going out with yq and gf. after about 30mins or 1hr at the club, we went home. took a cab. $24 in all. ended up reaching home at 230 and had to remove my make up and stuff. then had to use like LOTS LOTS LOTS of shampoo to wash away the shimmer and GEL on my hair. as i was washing.. i cant help but wonder.. how do guys actually wash away the GEL on their hair?! its so hard!! haha. then i fell aslp at 4plus close to 5.

tts all for grad. is this entry long enuf to compensate for the time that i didnt blog? if its not satisfactory without photos, then too bad. i dun post my photos online cus i lazy to download the software. so.. ask for it from me in person and i'll send u! haha. anyway.. i dun have the photos yet. lz.. i wana see ur photos! i saw ian's.. SHSS... dun tell him. he dun look any much different. still the same. SHSS>.. dun be a spy and tell him please.
