long time ago, mar recommended this book to me - picture of dorian grey by oscar wilde. when she first mentioned to me i took note of it then when i was in the mood for reading, i went to look for it. But.. it seems like it's quite a popular book cus either i cant find it or its on loan. anyway, i forgot about it totally until recently my fren went to look for it for me. it was found in the young people's section and looks kinda kiddish. anyway, it was by pure luck that i could get to read the book cus it was only returned on the day my fren went to look for it. anyway, i am only at chapter 6 now. i know im taking like forever to read it but despite the kiddish cover and interior, the book does seem quite abstract to me. i guess its the way the writer wrote it and im surprised that mar read such a book long time ago. haha.. maybe its just that my english is lousy. i think shld be my bad english. haha. anyway, the book isnt very difficult so dun get me wrong. i think its just that i haven read for a long time and im not used to the way he writes too. i hope i finish the book, thats if i ever manages to get thru it.
anyway, its difficult to be a good person. zuo hao ren hen nan. everyone knows that. last time lz used to call me a lan hao ren. i think im not a lan hao ren anymore but i still try to be nice. but sometimes u get caught up by certain things and then u get irritated and then u start realising that its really difficult to be a hao ren. now lz nv call me lan hao ren alr.. maybe cus im not lan hao ren alr. haha.. is that good or bad? good.. lz surely will say so. ok...i believe that when u are nice to pple, pple will be nice to u. so... i believe all this will pay off. anybody know wat im saying? dunno? nvm.. dun bother to ask me. if i wana tell u, i will tell u.

blog blog blog.. wat shld i blog?
after i got sacked on i forgot which day.. i basically spend my days slacking. miss xue called me int he middle of the night on 6jan i think.. saying her dear went off to army!!! haiz.. ur dear go off to army then come find me?! what a great fren. tsk tsk. nvm..im a kind soul..i shall entertain u for him. haha. hmm..
a few days ago.. last sat.. me xue and lz went to orchard. seriously, lz.. this is a secret. we actually planned of pang seh-ing u in the previous night cus the both of us were so freaking broke that we really cant stand window shopping at all. haha.. BUT.. we didnt pang seh u..we still met u!! that shows how impt u are to us.. haha. anyway.. in the end, we didnt shop. instead, as xue said in ehr blog... we ended up PIGGING out! wat did we eat? let me try to rememebr. we met and ate tcc then yoshinoya.. if im not wrong.. we ate something else. rite.. i think xue and i ate ban mian before meeting lz. can u believe it? xue is so lousy.. second time eating rojak only. haha. nvm..there's always a first time to everything.. though technically speaking..its the second not the first time for her. wat am i crapping about here? too long nv blog..forgot how to blog alr. haha
alrite.. lets get to recent things.. its easier for me cus i can remember things tts recent ABIT ABIT ABIT better. haha. gosh..my memory's failing me.. prof lz.. pls give me a cure! yesterday, the three of us AGAIN.. went to orchard AGAIN. rite.. xue and i met up first.. since we had nothing to do.. we went to sing. passed off as students and sang the 2 to 5pm package. but.. we kinda cheat them of their hours..and sang till 645. haha.. we were so stupid in the kbox. stupid. fancy bickering over the song shan hu hai AND thinking about a THREE CENTS change!!! change as in.. the change u get after u foot the bill. haha. eh..why do they call it foot the bill? why foot? did i rememebr wrongly? ya.. anyway.. after that we the three of us watched the movie the famaily stone from 730 to 930. then met up with vincent and chiaheng since they in town and we all went home together. xue.. u really shdnt have ran so fast!!! i wld have followed u to amk!!! tsk tsk.. didnt give me time to think. then i forgot to alight at dobby gaut and in the end we had to take all the way to pasir ris to change bus. how dumb. adult fare lei!! expensive! haha. the whole world's saying this now. ADULT FARE ADULT FARE ADULT FARE!!!
wat else can i say? rite..i was supposed to go for an interview with xue today at 2pm at robinson point. then i promised the agent but in the end we decided not to go... but i forgot to ask xue to inform the agent! haaha.. then the agent called me at 2plus and "reminded" me of the interview. i told her i not interested and she still tried persuading me.. saying free lance.. just fix the time with the manager then can work anytime u want.. but i still sorta rejected her. i cld tell that she was quite pissed off. haha. paisei le.. me memory not good.
im still waiting for my job..waiting to start work..my cousin say earliest is thurs.. i hope he really means to say that i will get the job.. or rather me and my sister will get the job.. cus we both really alr think we wll get the job cus he sounded like we will get the job! so he berrer dun pang seh us and tell us lasr min that we dun ahve to work. i will bear a grudge against him one. i very revengeful one. haha..just kidding.
wat else can i blog?rite.. all the army guys..come out.. together..without fail..their msn nick DEFINITELY will be about army. haha.. botak.. army.. though they say army tough and such.. but somehow i believe they shld be quite happy there rite? haha. guys.. once they go into army... they talk ALL ABOUT ARMY.. look at them! how many days in camp? 3 only!!! and they alr talking about army army army.. haha.

i got SACKED!!!
the temp staff are TOO NOISY too chatty. they gotta go. they finish their jobs TOO FAST.. they gotta go. we ahve nothing more for them to do..they gotta go. with those reasons(excluding the chatty one) five tempt staff got the cut altogether.but actually its not tt we got sacked.. its just that we really finished all there was possible for us to do and they didnt need anymore pple so we were asked to leave in advance. so.. after 6 days at work at hsbc, i onyl earn about $300. minus $100 for the office clothes, i only have $200 left!!! SOBZ. i want MORE MORE MORE money!
hmm.. work in hsbc is fun i guess. at first i was complaining about it but after the job scope changed abit and i got to know the rest of the temp staff, things changed for the better. pple i got to know there are ivy and valerie who are both nice girls from ajc, jeremy a glib talker and citi a very funny malay girl. haha.
guess wat we did for the last day of work? we got informed of the cut only today. then when we had nothing much to do, we kept slacking and talking. haha.. spent practically the whole day slacking more than working. haha.. and citi jeremy hwa and i got engaged in a really funny talk about zoo keepers and zoo animals. lols. so funny. last day at work was funny. the permanent staff lina and sharon were really nice.. bought us key chains and printed paper cards for us even though we werent even close. but.. gotta thanks them for being so kind and patient with us. not that we are stupid or wat.. but we gotta express our gratitude for the "teachers". not like that stupid supervisor jensen who gave us last min notice on the cut and simply look like the character raymond in a com game years ago. haha.
i think i gonna have a job real soon. hope its good. gonna work with my sister again! haha. im so lucky. but again, i dun get to learnt o be independent. haha.. but NVM. i rather have company at work than none. :)

happy new year everyone!!! it's 2006 alr.. funny how we progress from 1991 till 2005 and now to 2006. we used to write 1995 then 2000 then all the way till now 2006.so fast!!! down the road we will have to write 2010 though it still sounds abit distant from now for me. i dunno wat im saying. haha. if u get me, u get me. if u dun, den just treat it as senseless talk. its new year.. be more forgiving! =)
hmm.. yday.... i tot. why is everyone celebrating the coming new year? to welcome the future? how come there's no one reminiscing(how to spell?) 2005? the good things that happen in 2005 are worth remembering and the bad things that happened are worth feeling bad or sympathetic. everyone likes to forget the past.. isnt it?
anyway.. the news said yday that the sun the moon and dunno wat are aligned thus everyone have 1sec more. so while australia or dunno wat country was celebrating new year ahead of us, they had to count down to 0 instead of 1. then i saw sg's countdown.. only count down to 1. they didnt know about this or they forgot or for sg there's no diff? but then again, its not impt BECAUSE.. its Already 2006. haha.
happy new year everyone!!! 28 days later.. i'll wish u all happy cny. the tv is alr playing cny songs.. cant help feeling weird about it. nvm.. may the new year be filled with blessings and the economy will improve by leaps and bounds and everyone will be happy and blessed.
