they're back from US

haven been blogging for quite some time.. didnt have the mood and energy to type an entry so i simply replaced it with pics. anyway, pictures speaks more than words and im sure u guys welcome pictures more than words. rite? ha. who checks out this blog anyway? ppl are too busy with their own stuff and such, maybe i will get tired of blogging too.

anyway, steph and mar are back. that explains why im so busy. actually, ive only spent like.. 2days with them since their return. had tennis and uni stuff to settle so i didnt have the time to join them at chomp chomp etc. sigh. didnt join them at zouk too cus i wasnt interested. went out with lewis instead since i had nothing to do. anyways, i'll be real busy next week.. with the hall camp.. school's starting. haiz. hope everything turns out well.

yday finally went to the cathay. lewis suggested watching this stupid foreign film named "the beat that my heart skipped". There's no climax, i had to read the english subtitles cus they spoke french and at the end of the story, both of us were like... HUH? ha.. so much for spending $10 on that ITALY chair in The Picturehouse. NOTHING SPECIAL ok. cannot eat and drink too. wat rubbish. waste my money. hmm.. but it was good experience i supposed. the second film i watched thats foreign. the first one was the devil's backbone in spanish. kena cheated by lizi. went into the cinema then i found out its in spanish. gosh. BUT, its better than this stupid italian film i watched yday! stupid waste my money. haha. $10 ok. i must be MAD.

anyway, after that we just walked on.. and we came to the singapore art museum. Since it had a nice atmosphere and there waas live singing, we sat down at the venezia cafe.. the one that sells icecream but i dunno if its spelled that way. hmm.. had a great time yday though. nice relaxing night. good.

oh no.

well well well..as said..the new staff took away everything to do so I dun have much to do except to inform jobseekers of a jobfair at toa payoh cc tml. But.. none of the js seems to be picking up the phone! and they still dare to complain that we haven been doing anything. For your own sake, [pick up the phone then! tsk tsk.

My life in ntuc is coming to an end. Wanted to go for this drinkin tea session with three of my colleagues on 22July 2006 but its an important date. im reserved. Oh no!

Anyway, this is not exactly an official ending. They ahve this SUN dinner and dance night at Swissotel Mechant Court and our tickets have been paid for. Thus, we have to attend this ngiht on 1st Sept 2006. The theme is masquerade and i gotta go hunting for costumes with my sister! Look forward to seeing my colleagues dressing up for the event but at the same time, scare got no time to get the costumes and such. But... the tix is paid for.. no choice. since tis free... shall go enjoy then. haha. must take lots of photos cus i hardly take part in such costumes events! adios,

Germany won!

WHAHAHAHA. I made a bet with my colleague AND my tennis coach. That's A carl's Junior lunch and a hamburger from BK! whahaha.. FREE TREATS! lol. I dun care what i get treated as long as i win the bet! yay! germany rox. haha.

Last night game was actually not as exciting as i expected it to be. In the first half, germany was like such a let-down. whats with the 37%ball possession and argentina 63%?! gosh. Made me so disappointed. Luckily Klose got the ball in thru a heading at the 80th min. Heng ar.. haha. The penalty shoot-out was exciting for me though. haha. The germany goal keeper is not bad actually.. but whatever happened to the bulldog oliver khan? why did they cahnge him? oh.. did i mention i was fascinated with michael ballack throughout the game? haha,, he was such a good captini. heh.

GERMANY! panalty shootout 4-2! If i never remember wrongly.

OH.. i predicted italy vs ukrain 3-0 and really they scored 3-0! AIYAH.. but i never bet!!! shit. nvm... haha. My dad ws bettting on 2-0... and he convinced me that 3-0 wasnt that easy... damn it. haha. if i bet..i would have won money! He was asking us to bet $10 but after he convinced me that italy may disappoint me like germany, I decided that i shld save my $10 for something better. haha.
