Wednesday, December 13, 2006,2:30 AM char's bdae post celebration today is the day! went out to orchard to celebrate miss lim's bdae.
ok..pardon both lizi and i, we were both too busy and she just got back from bali, SO.. we cld only get her gift today. anyways, we met up early at 230pm to shop arnd. walked to wheelocks..down to taka..back to wheelocks..down to taka and heeren again and again! no wonder there's blisters on my foot! be touched hor!
in an attempt to get nice gifts for her, and due to the LOUSY excuses that lizi gave such as: i had my hair done up today, my clothes difficult to take out, i had to become the model of the day. haha. went to warehouse tried on a kimono styled tube.. silky kinda fabric...damn nice to wear.. damn pretty also!! i like! ha.. but cldnt afford to buy for xue cus it costs a freaking $130!!! my god. if i hae spare cash, ah ha.. MAYBE i'll consider..but NOT at this moment. skip. next shop.
wanted to go to mango but there was a preparation for sales at wisma isetan branch, so we skipped mango. then, we went heeren. lizi tried two tops..one for herself. one for char. see.thats wat i call a LOUSY excuse. try for herself can change clothes rite.. try for others cannot! hmpf. then when i was waiting for lizi to change out, i shopped arnd the shop to see wats left, and i spotted the gift of the day! a nice black and gold dress! its damn nice!!! both me and lizi wanted to buy but.. only one piece available.. so we decided to give it up to the bdae girl. wat to do..we love her too much. LOL.
having settled her dress, we bought a nice rusty kinda bronze long necklace for her with a heart pendant tts rock and chic and nice.. and bought her matching earrings! tadah! she's all ready to get dressed and go PARTY!!! =)
then.. we had an early dinner at arnd 6pm. wanted to go to crystal jade palace and eat..but called my sister and she cldnt tell me the price range. PLUS, she said its darn ex..so we settled for less and went for imperial treasure teochew cruisine at taka too. i must say, the service is damn good. they serve gongfu tea at the start of the meal, serve warm towels, quick to refil your pot of tea and ur cup, wats more?! they serve GOOD food! ncie desserts too! ok. lizi and i spent a total of $80 on the meal. after tt, we went to watch the holiday at cine..i think it isnt very nice.. so-so only... but..lizi say its nice! so.. how much did i spend in a day? hmmm....i think.. $80 plus? and me am BROKE now. B-R-O-K-E. BROKE. sobz!!!!
oh..we went zara andi tried a top.. a dress actually..quite retro..but they say its cute! and it costs about $60? gosh. didnt buy. went substance saw a nice and comfy pair of heels in whtie! damn nice!!! costs abt $70? my god. kill me. i got NO MONEY. argh.
ok.. end of blog. i wana sleep ssoon. oh..didnt go for bash in the end, cus lizi cldnt make it.. haha. saded. ok. next tues going yam cha. my god. i need money!!! bye.
