i promised myself that i will NOT spend money on food anymore,, after spending like $200 early this month. spent so much on char's bdae, i told myself NO MROE SHOPPNG NO MORE GOOD FOOD. sAVE! and i tried. trust me i did. but hell knows, shit happens. argh.
i met glenda on sun night at vivo.went xmas shopping wiht her. once again, accompany her only cus me, miss tan, am BROKE. cannot buy. then during dinner, we both said we wana budget so i said food court! then we were at basement and we saw sueprdog so we decided to try that.
superdog basically is a fast food restaurant tt tries to act high class, sells special hotdog bread and burgers with drinks and fries. then i look at the board and it reads $4.50 so i tot, ok. same price as mac. shall eat this then, try out new stuff. then i ordered a meal, and the person say upgrade to some cheese chilli fries add $1.60 so i tot, ok lo. try since i like cheese and chilli. and then when the price of the meal appeared at the counter, i got a shock. $10.40! MY GOD! cant believe i spent a freaking $10.40 on a fastfood meal!!! wat happened to my bduget?!?!? glenda was smarter. she read carefully only bought a hotdog bread which costs $4.50 alone. argh. damn dui. shit. argh. i wanted to budget one! and the bread abit cui, my sausage almost fell out of the bread but its not bad. the fries isnt too bad either but really, the prices are too steep. MADNESS. till now, i still cant believe i spent 10bucks on FASTFOOD! KILL ME.
then today! i went to eat dim sum with lizi. supposed to meet at 1045 at chinatown station, and i arrived at 1050am. miss lizi arrived 20mins late!!! and i waited alone! ALONE! miss tan dun wait! dun like to wait! but i still waited patiently for her like a goondu. wat to do. haiz. secondary sch frens. argh. then went to yam cha to yam cha.. surprisingly there were many pple on leave today and yan cha-ing! haha. but we were earlier. ordered 6dishes and spent at total of $32 on dimsum! chee cheong fun, fried carrot cake, fried tofu, fried vegetarian spring roll, harkaw, siew mai, scallop porridge(the porridge though very small bowl but DAMN NICE!!!!) damn full.then we said, no lunch alr. cant eat lunch.
then met char at orchard accomapny her find her shoes for yao's commission ball. raining damn heavily! very hard to travell without an umbrella, thank goodness lizi brought hers. anyway, char went to pluck her eyebrows at 3pm..so lizi and i went to orange julius at paragon to eat. haha. actually it only started out wiht a drink, then we ended up oredering nachos with sausage. hah. shit. tot nothing for lunch?! then lizi said, ok. no dinner.
then we went to char house to help her choose gown, see her shoes and make her hair. then, we got hungry and went down to buy zhi char. ordered this hot plate tofu and deer meat, butter prawn and fish soup, spent a total of $45!!! jsut the three of us! my god. we sure can eat.
tts it. see?tts my day. i spent a total of $30 on food today!!! my god. and i said i wana budget. sHIT.
im REALLY broke. dunno how i will survive. but i will.
