Alrites alrites..im here. Sorry for not updating ppl. SImply too lazy and busy.
Ever since 23rd Nov, ive been enjoying my days at home nuaing. haha. Nua-ed for a week before i commenced work on 29Nov for disney in its mickey mouse clubhouse meet-and-greet till 9 Dec. iT was fun den boring. Mickey was normal, Donald was CUte but minnie was simple bimbo. Im talking abt the characters.. not the ppl underneath the suit. haha.
Anyways, now tat its over.. i have time to blog! Just met up with char and zi to celebrate char's bdae. Its just a regular get-together actually just tt we had to treat the bdae girl. haha. without u two indonesians around, the budget for treating and buying presents goes down! ANyway, liz was really in a panic when she heard tt char received face mask from her friends and wasnt quite happy with the gift. haha. Alrite, here's the truth char. we bought a 41bucks faceshop mask package for u too!!!! LOL. and its DEFiNITEly not due to the fact tt we think ur face is cui.. but we just thought that its a good indulgence for u.. since clothes and all that are boring gifts. haa. god knows ur friends think so too! haha. so we had to buy u another gift and me and liz had to ABSORB the 41bucks package! see.. we love u so much. haiz. im broke. haa.
oh.. while i was mia-ing from 23nov to 29nov.. i was actually reading a book called " chicks laying nest eggs". U DID NOT READ IT WRONGLY.. neither did i type it wrongly. Basically, its a book that teaaches u how to start up an investment club and start investing. It is written by Karin, a female. She rants about how females should take charge of their own finance. Do not read it if u think that women are stupid and should not take charge of their finance. This applies to boys. at the beginning chapters of the book, it will narrate in such a way that is only intended to boost females' ego. But, once u get past that u will see light in the book. So.. dun go thinking that htis is just a book written by an ignorant woman. its really quite useful i must say. Most of the stuff I alr study for my 215 but this book states it in a simpleform that is all u need to know. U dun need to know indept cus if tts the case, u shld look for textbooks which are boring.
Anyway, i thik the book is quite good. It teaches u the basic, from indexes to how to read indexes, how to extract info from comapnies from their balance sheets and what kinda ratios u need to take note of. ALL in a SIMPLE yet NOT BORING way. And! it gives u tips on how and what stocks to pick! But well, it might be outdated now. If u wana have a tinge of what investment is about and dun want all those theory and stuff, this is the book I'd recommend u.
